Food writer, recipe developer, & storyteller, Sheri Castle, was in the Spa Tuesday, May 27th for a special event! Sheri is a food expert who blends storytelling, humor, and cooking into a delightful, memorable event. Hundreds have taken her popular classes at A Southern Season, which sell out within a few hours each time they are announced.

Wendy Gow
Stylist & wardrobe consultant, Wendy Gow, gave a fabulous presentation to help us "Refresh Our Summer Wardrobes".  Wendy provided information on shopping tips, wardrobe basics, and updating a current outfit.

Katie Corley of PopUp Workout spent an energetic morning in the Spa helping us prep our beach bodies!  A delicious brunch of healthful foods was prepared by Foster's Market Catering.
