Gary S. Berger, MD Medical Director
Dr. Berger‘s mission is to ensure the effectiveness and safety of all treatments. He performs fractional laser skin resurfacing and injections with collagen cosmetic dermal fillers and neuromodulators (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport). Dr. Berger is board certified in Preventive Medicine and is a clinical professor at UNC School of Medicine.
Julia Kemp Fox, RN, CASC Clinical Director
Julia’s mission is to ensure the highest performance standards for all staff. She performs IV hydration/vitamin infusion therapy and cosmetic injections with Kybella, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers. Julia is certified by Aesthetic Advancements and Rocky Mountain Laser College.
Ericka Pamplin, Patient Care Coordinator
Ericka’s mission is to schedule appointments in an environment that maintains a 5-star standard of patient service. She ensures that all details leading to a successful and enjoyable visit are in place. Ericka has more than 25 years experience in healthcare management.
Stephanie Duncan, RN, MSN Laser Nurse
Stephanie treats patients with the GentleYag laser for laser hair removal, laser skin tightening, and removal of small varicose veins. She also performs photofacial IPL for red spots and hyperpigmentation. Stephanie is a Certified Laser Specialist by the National Laser Institute.
Jennifer Okun Ballentine, RN, BSN Aesthetic Nurse
Jennifer B. is certified by Aesthetic Advancements in cosmetic injections with neuromodulators (Dysport, Botox, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Belotero, Radiesse). She also performs laser hair removal, IPL, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
Jennifer Jones, Aesthetician & Licensed Massage Therapist
Jennifer J. provides both aesthetic facial treatments, laser hair removal, and massage, specializing in Swedish, myofacial, hot stone, TMJ, and pregnancy massage. You will enjoy fantastic music and complete relaxation during your sessions with Jennifer.
Becky Gilbert, Aesthetician
Becky performs microneedling with the SkinStylus, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, facials, waxing, lash and brow tinting. Becky received her basic aesthetic training in Greensboro and her advanced medical aesthetic training in South Carolina.
Jeanne Marchone, Administrative Assistant
Jeanne is likely the first person to greet you when you arrive since she sits at the front Reception Desk. Jeanne previously worked as Administrative Assistant for Dr. Berger in his surgical practice before Medical Day Spa of Chapel Hill was created.
